André Ferreira is a chef with over fifteen years of experience in Brazilian kitchens. His cuisine blends technique, passion, and tailor-made dining experiences.
André Ferreira has built his career through more than fifteen years of professional cooking. His journey reflects consistency, discipline, and a strong commitment to growth.
In 2011, he began testing his skills in a night bar kitchen. It was there that he realized cooking was his true vocation.
In 2012, he enrolled in culinary school to refine his technical knowledge. During this period, he worked in buffet restaurants, strengthening speed and structure.
From 2013 onward, André Ferreira worked alongside chef Floriano Spiess. This experience shaped his professional maturity in one of Brazil’s most respected restaurants.
In 2014, he graduated in Gastronomy and soon traveled to Fernando de Noronha. He worked in two restaurants and two boutique inns, gaining valuable experience with fresh and seasonal cuisine.
Today, André Ferreira specializes in private events and exclusive lunches and dinners. He creates complete menus, harmonizations, and fully customized culinary experiences.
André Ferreira has a deep passion for meat-driven dishes and sauces. One signature plate is a bone-in entrecôte grilled over wood fire and served rare. It is paired with a rich sauce, braised vegetables, and carefully balanced textures.
